The Staff selection commission has released the notification for SSC CGL 2023 exam. SSC CGL stands for Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Examination. It is one of the most popular and sought-after competitive exams in India for graduates. The exam is going to conduct by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for the recruitment of candidates in various Group B and Group C posts in ministries, departments, and organizations of the Government of India. The commission released total 7500 vacancies for 2023. The application process for the SSC CGL exam is already started from 3rd April’2023 Interested candidates can apply.
Eligibility criteria
- Age Limit – The minimum age limit is 18 years.
- Minimum Qualification- Candidates must complete a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Citizenship- Candidate must be a citizen of India.

The deadline for submitting the form is 3rd May’23.
Exam Process
The exams will conduct on online mode. where exams are scheduled in two tiers. Tier 1 and Tier 2, there will be a negative marking of 0.50 for every incorrect answer.
So, the Tier 1 exams are scheduled from 14th July’23 to 27th July’23.
Application fees:
There is exemption from the fee for the candidates who belongs to scheduled castes (SC), scheduled tribes (ST), a person with benchmark disabilities (PWBD), and ex-servicemen (ESM), For others, the application fee is Rs.100
Application Correction Date:
Candidates must ensure and check the details before submitting. In case of any errors, candidates can correct the mistake. For correction application is available from 7th May to 8 May’2023. After correction any mistake in the application form can lead to cancel the application.

- Click on apply button then fill all the necessary details like name, email, and valid mobile number and register.
- After registration, all the login credentials will receive on your Gmail.
- Login to your account as per your credentials.
- Fill the application form and provide the necessary details.
- Upload scanned copies and signatures.
- Pay the application fee using online payment modes.
- Submit the form and make sure to have a hard copy of it.
Those who want to apply offline need to generate a challan before 4 May 2023. Online fee payment will valid till 4th May’2023.
