Today we are celebrating the 134 anniversaries of the father of the Indian constitution \u201cDr. Bhimrao Ambedkar\u201d was born on 14 April 1891. Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, who is widely regarded as the Father of the Indian Constitution. Dr. Ambedkar was a social reformer, jurist, and political leader who dedicated his life to the upliftment of marginalized communities in India, particularly the Dalits, also known as the “untouchables.”\u00a0 Every year we celebrate to recall his laws and morals.<\/p>\n

Early Life and Education<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr. Ambedkar was born on April 14, 1891, in the town of Mhow in Madhya Pradesh, India. He was born into a Dalit family and faced discrimination and social exclusion from a young age. Despite the odds, he was determined to receive an education and went on to earn multiple degrees, including a PhD in economics from the University of London.<\/p>\n

Social Reform and Political Activism<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr. Ambedkar was deeply committed to social reform and worked tirelessly to eradicate caste-based discrimination and promote equality for all. He founded the Bahishkrit Hitakarini Sabha in 1924, an organization dedicated to the welfare of the untouchables, and later established the Independent Labour Party to give voice to the concerns of the working class.<\/p>\n

On Ambedkar Jayanti, people across India celebrate Dr. Ambedkar’s life and work through various events and activities, including speeches, seminars, and cultural programs. President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi<\/a><\/strong> marked their achievement who committed his life for social reforms, and made new laws for the welfare of society. This occasion is a reminder of the importance of promoting social justice and equality for all. And of the need to continue Dr. Ambedkar’s unfinished mission of building a more just and equitable society.<\/p>\n

He worked even in drastic situations when the circumstances were worse in which his mantras inspired people towards the changes. He also worked to uplift the backward classes and provide the same equality as other classes have. Where he worked and made some laws and implement them. He emerged when he made some amendments and new rules for backward classes even for women\u2019s rights.<\/p>\n
