IRCTC New Rules:<\/strong> Indian Railways has introduced new rules for passengers who travels in trains during night. These new rules are issued to maintain the comfort of passengers.<\/p>\n

IRCTC On- board TTE (Travelling Ticket Examiner), catering staff and other related employees were asked to provide a convenient public etiquette in trains and direct people.<\/p>\n

According to the new rules<\/a> Passengers are forbidden from smoking, consuming alcohol or do any activity against public approval in train compartments.<\/p>\n

IRCTC New Rules<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • \u00a0From Now on no passenger can talk on the mobile in loud voice while they are in compartment, coach or their seat.<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0No passenger listen to music at high volume.<\/li>\n
  • \u00a0Passengers are not permitted to keep the light on after 10 pm, except night lights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    After 10 Pm Rules<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • \u00a0TTE is not allowed to check the tickets after 10 pm.<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0All lights should be switched off, except night lights.<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Group\u2019s travellers are not allowed to interact after 10 pm.<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Lower- birth co- passengers will not say anything if a middle- birth co- passengers wants to open their seat.<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Online food in train services is not allowed to serve food after 10 pm. Although, passenger can pre- order their food in the train with e- catering services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      New Luggage Rule<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • \u00a0Passengers who travels in an AC coach can carry a maximum luggage weight of 70kg. In the sleeper class they are not allowed to keep a maximum luggage weight of 40kg and in the 2nd class 35kg luggage is free.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Yes, there will be extra luggage charges in the AC coach, passengers will be permitted to carry 150kg in sleeper 80kg and a 2nd sitting 70kg of one\u2019s belongings.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
