Vibrant Village Programme: \u00a0The Union Cabinet of India chaired by PM Modi launched the \u2018Vibrant Villages Programme\u2019 (VVP) on 15th February. The new Scheme focuses on developing the border of villages to improve the quality of life of individuals residing near the areas.<\/p>\n

The centrally sponsored scheme has been approved for the financial year of 2022-23 to 2025-26, also, for the infrastructural development central government allocated, a fund of Rs 2,500 crore that will be used for making roads and improving area nearby.<\/p>\n

The scheme will not cover a part of existing Border Area Development Programme. The \u2018Vibrant Village Programme<\/a>\u2019 will mainly focus on mobile and Internet network, rain or shine road, drinking water and nonstop of ongoing electricity facility using renewable sources such as Solar and Wind energy.<\/p>\n

It also aims to develop traveler\u2019s spots, Multi- objective centres, and health and medical centres. The program will prove to be favorable and helpful for the individuals living in 19 districts and 46 border blocks of four states: That are Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh, also it includes one UT \u2013 Ladakh.<\/p>\n

In Phase, I \u2013 a group of 663 villages will be taken up for growth. This program will be initiated by the district administration with the support of gram panchayats. Under this plan, hundred percent saturation of both the Centre and State schemes will be guaranteed.<\/p>\n

Hub and Spoke Model<\/h2>\n

The Centre plan will focus on promoting social entrepreneurship and encouragement of the younger generation and women via skill development and entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n

One Village- One Product Model<\/h2>\n

The state plan will focus on promoting the community culture, traditional culture and inheritance via community- based organizations, Cooperatives, Self Help Groups (SHGs), Non- Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and more.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
