Let us inform you that earlier, the exam dates usually announced three or four months in advance, providing ample time to aspirants of IIT to prepare for the exam, and this is what Sahai was demanding to give students some time to prepare.<\/p>\n<p>Although, the Bombay High Court, refused to grant any relief. The court said that if any orders are passed this time directing deferment of January exams, the same may have affect the upcoming exams also. The remarkable situation don\u2019t appear to exist for preventing respondents from postponing January exam.<\/p>\n<p>Lakhs of Aspirants must have been preparing for the exam, then there is no bar on
