The G20 meetings which is going to be hosted under INDIA\u2019s presidency this time , have been planned in such a way that almost all state capitals and union territories will be able to host at least one major event (almost 56 locations across the country) during India\u2019s G20 Presidency. Srinagar and Leh , besides all North-eastern states, are on the list. Around 215 meetings is set to held all across these cities. From Rann of Kutchh in the west to Siliguri and Darjeeling in the east is also in the venue.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0While in the first quarter of the year the northern states of India faces the lowest temperatures Keeping that in mind, the months of April-June have been chosen for Srinagar and Leh, also while this time of the year the region is at the peek of its landscape and marine beauty. While Leh has been shortlisted for the \u201cYouth 20 Inception meet\u201d in April, Srinagar is likely to host the \u201ctourism working group meet\u201d in the last week of May.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seen as a Positive Steps Towards the Situations in the Valley :<\/b><\/p>\n

The decision to hold a meeting in Srinagar and Leh is being seen as a positive reinforcement towards the little inadequate scenario of these cities, Hoping this might prove to create some better situations for the locals around there. Local Administration and local tourism sector all are being seen excited in the preparations for this big event of international level. Securities are being level up for hosting the delegates from all around the world. An official statement from the\u00a0 Kashmir Divisional Commissioner saying that the administration is making arrangements for the Srinagar meet. \u201cSrinagar is likely to host one of the G20 events<\/a> for which we are preparing in advance.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

while the members comprise 19 countries \u2014 Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Mexico, Turkey, United Kingdom and United States \u2014 and the European Union.<\/span><\/p>\n
