The Delhi Government has proclaimed a fine of Rs 20,000 for breaching its command imposing limits on the use of polluting vehicles in the state to control the increasing pollution level.<\/p>\n

The police officers and staunch monitoring examination to apprehend or catch the violators of the rule. Under state IV of the Graded Response Action Plan, the state government prohibited the use of all BS \u2013III and BS- IV vehicles also the ingress of diesel trucks into the town, except for those conveying necessary commodities or requiring essential services.<\/p>\n

In perspective of the worsening air quality level in the National capital, governments have decided to execute the anti- pollution restriction suggested by the commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM). So, people who breach the restriction on wielding of certain vehicles will allure a fine of Rs Twenty thousand under the Motor Vehicles Act.<\/p>\n

The command issued by the Delhi Transport Department express that only the CNG and electric vehicles would be permitted to enter the city. Diesel- run medium and weighty goods vehicles recorded in the city, expect those conveying necessary commodities or requiring necessary services, will not be permitted.<\/p>\n

Although, BS- III petrol and BS- IV diesel Light Motor Vehicle<\/a> will be prohibited from wielding in the areas under the authority of the NCT of National Capital.<\/p>\n

In accord with the official approximate, there are 3 lakh diesel light motor vehicles in the city that are not BS- VI amenable. However, the state government will be limiting computes against vehicles that do not have a well grounded or authentic Pollution under Control (PUC) certificate.
