FASTag is a kind of electronic toll collection, an easy and convenient way. All the vehicles that pass through the national highway have to pay toll tax to the government.<\/span><\/p>\n

And for the collection of toll tax, toll plaza centers are made on the highway. All the vehicles passing through toll plaza have to pay toll tax, till now all the people used to pay toll tax in cash but now the government has made it online.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

And the method adopted to make the toll tax plaza online is called FASTag.<\/span><\/p>\n

Under the FASTag rule, all four wheelers have to get FASTag sticker on their vehicle. To get\u00a0 FASTag for vehicles, first vehicle owners\u00a0 have to register online after which online toll tax is issued for their vehicles, after installing FASTag, the vehicle owners will not have to pay\u00a0 the toll plaza tax by cash, rather then it will be done online with the help of FASTag.<\/span><\/p>\n

Currently 420+ toll plazas across the nation are implementing FASTag solution.<\/span><\/p>\n
