The Sensex closed at the level of 59,141.23 with a gain of 300.44 points or 0.51 percent.<\/p>\n<p>Apart from this, the Nifty index has closed at the level of 17,622.25 with a gain of 91.40 points or 0.52 percent. Bank financial and IT index is up by half a percent. While the PSU Bank index saw a rise of 2.5 percent. Buying was seen in heavyweight stocks.<\/p>\n<p>23 stocks of Sensex 30 have closed in the green mark. Top gainers are MSM, BAJAJFINSV, HDFC and ITC. Tata Steel is the most broken in business. Apart from this, there has been a decline in NTPC, ICICI Bank, LT, Asian Paints, Ultra chemical and Power Grid.<\/p>\n<h2>Top Gainers in the List<\/h2>\n<p>The list includes MSM\u2019s stock that has been the top gainer in the list whereas, Bajaj Finance, HUL, SBI, Nestle India, HDFC, ITC, Axis Bank, Infosys, Dreddy, TCS, Maruti, Titan, Tech Mahindra, Sunpharma, Bharti Airtel, Reliance, Wipro, HCL, Kotak Bank and IndusInd Bank.<\/p>\n<p>Talking about the Sectoral Index, there has been a sell \u2013 off in the metal retail and consumer durable sectors. Bank Nifty, financial services, FMCG, IT, Media, Pharma, PSU Banks, Private Banks, Healthcare and Oil &amp;amp; Gas<br \/>\nsectors also have good performance.<\/p>\n<h2>The Decline in the Global Market<\/h2>\n<p>Shares of quite a few companies had fallen last week. The decline in Dow Jones 140 points to 30,822 points, NASDAQ Fell 104 points to reach the level of 11,448. The eyes of the stock market are fixed on the Fed policy coming on <a href=\"https:\/\/todaysnews.in\/daily-updates\/government-guidelines-social-media\/\">Wednesday<\/a>.
