The Commission has started the One Time Registration ( OTR) Facility, in which the personal information of the candidate will be saved on the server after registration. The next time you apply, the form will be filled up to 70 per cent.<\/p>\n<p>The Commission said that this is the primary responsibility of the candidate himself to count the number of times a candidate appeared in the Civil Services Examination. Otherwise, if he\/she is found to have appeared in the examination more than the prescribed number of times during the examination at any stage of the examination, he\/she will be disqualified.<\/p>\n<p>A special platform has been created on the UPSC website for OTR.
