World Heart Day 2022: Know Prevention And Theme Of Heart Diseases.

World Heart Day is celebrated on 29th September every year. This day is celebrated to make people aware of heart disease and to explain how to avoid heart disease, how this disease can prove to be total Fatal for anyone.

Every year millions of people die in world due to heart attack or heart diseases. The reason why ‘World Heart Federation’ considered celebrating World Heart Day every year on 29 September is to make everyone aware of fatal heart diseases and save from them.

So on this day every medical and non medical organizations made an effort to tell people how they can save their life from heart diseases, what are symptoms and When they should contact the doctor immediately.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) one of the biggest causes of death in the world is Cardiovascular Disease. Due to this, approx 1.79 crore people die every year.

The theme of this year

This year’s theme is “Use heart for Every Heart”. Every year we celebrate this day with a different theme. This year’s theme says that world Heart Day is an opportunity for everyone to stop and think about how to understand our heart problems because cardiovascular disease (CVD) is something that matters for every beating Heart. 

World Heart Federation believes that an unhealthy diet and lack of physical activity is the main reason to premature death.

The reason for getting Heart Attack and Heart Diseases

The main reason is lack of exercise, poor diet and smoking etc. Also, lack of funds for treatment and not getting treatment at right time.

Know Heart Attack Prevention

  1. Stay Active, Do physical activity or Exercise per day.
  2. Have your blood pressure and cholesterol checked regularly to avoid symptoms.
  3. Talk to your doctor about getting checked for sleep Apnea which is an undiagnosed and understand condition which leads to myriad cardiovascular complication.
  4. Eat Healthy diet.
  5. Do not smoke.
