SSC CGL 2022: Bumper Recruitment of 20,000 Posts in these Central Departments

Staff Selection Commission / SSC have issued notification for Combined Graduate level (CGL) Examination 2022 on 17th September.

The candidates who want to apply for these competitive exams and want to do government jobs in Central Government Ministers, Departments, Organizations and Agencies like, (NIA, CBI, IB, NCR, CAG, FCI, CVC, ED, and CS).

Then candidates can apply for this exam. SSC is recruiting of around 20,000 posts in group B and group C and process of filing form already started from  17th September.

Age Limitation

Only candidates who are between 18 to ___ years of age as on 1st January’ 2022 and graduate from a recognized university, can apply this form through the website, www.ssc.nic.in  

The last date for submission of online application is October 8, 2022 till 11 pm.

How to Apply

Step 1 – First of all go to the official website www.ssc.nic.in  .

Step 2 – SSC homepage will appear where you can enter your login credentials, solve the captcha and log in.

Step 3- After login, now click on.    “Apply new button – SSC CGL”.

Step 4- After this, you will be taken to the SSC CGL Exam Application form; you can fill all the required documents and details, and choose your exam center.

Step 5- Before submitting makes sure that the given details and documents are correct or not.

After the final submission, you will not get a chance to change the details.

Required Documents

Without these documents one will not be able to apply for SSC CGL.

  1. Aadhar Card
  2. Voter Card
  3. Pan Card
  4. 10th and 12th class- certificate and Mark sheet
  5. Graduation certificate and mark sheet.
  6. Category certificate , if asked for 
  7. Passport size photo

Selection process for SSC CGL

First of all applicants will have to appear in computer based Tier 1 exam which will be of 200 marks. Those who qualify SSC CGL Tier 1 exam will be called for Tier 2 exam.

Both Tier 1 and 2 exams will be conducted in online mode. On the other hand, SSC CGL Tier 3 exam is going to be a pen paper test. Candidates who shortlisted in Tier 2 will be eligible to appear in Tier 3 exam.

The Final stage or Tier 4 exam will consist of Computer Proficiency Test / Data Entry Skill Test.
