Opening of 36th National Games: Judega India Jeetega India

In the opening of 36th National Games PM Modi said that success in sports is directly related to became a prestigious country. He also gives example of some developed countries which has won more medals in global sports.

Two – time Olympic medalist PV Sindhu and golden boy Neeraj Chopra were more than 1.25 lakh youth was seen in the world’s largest stadium with capacity of 1, 32,000 in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

As soon as PM Modi reached the stadium, the atmosphere completely changes. There was tremendous enthusiasm and zeal everywhere. Also apart from PM Modi and Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel, Sports Minister Anurag Thakur also seen in the ceremony on Thursday. 

India Is Participating In More Than 300 Events

PM Modi said that the victory of the Indian players makes the identity of the country. Earliest, players from India used to participate in less than a hundred International Events, but recently, they participated in more than 300 events. 

Even in the different times of Corona, the country players did not let their moral down and worked hard and that is the sportsman- ship spirit. Our youth are making new records and breaking their own records. He also talked about Tokyo Olympics, about winning medals.

In More Then 15,000 Participants, 7000 Are Indian Players 

National Games will be organized in different cities of Gujarat till October 12. In 15000 participants from States and Union Territories there are more then 7000 Indian Players are participating.

Different Games are going too organized in six cities of Gujarat. These cities include Ahmedabad, Surat, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Gandhinagar and Vadodara. PM Modi said that this is the beginning of the country’s bright future in the sports.

The image of India has been already improved manifold. At this time when the holy occasion of Navratri is going on. The players who have come from other states or territories, I would say that along with sports, enjoy the Navratri Celebration here.
