Yes, these are just normal commonly used pronouns “she” and “her”, used to indicate Females right, but here is what changed in India’s legislative history for the very first time now ‘she’ and ‘her’ is used to refer to all genders.

These pronouns come into view in the draft Digital Personal Data Protection Bill, 2022. The communications Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw gave the information on her tweeter handle seeking citizen’s views on the advanced law that widely acknowledge an individual right to save individual’s data and the have to process individual data for legal or permissible purposes.

The Personal Data Protection Bill was removed after a Joint Parliamentary Committee demanded 81 adjustment to the Bill.
