Yes, these are just normal commonly used pronouns “she” and “her”, used to indicate Females right, but here is what changed in India’s legislative history for the very first time now ‘she’ and ‘her’ is used to refer to all genders.
These pronouns come into view in the draft Digital Personal Data Protection Bill, 2022.
