IB Recruitment 2023: On 17th January’2023, the Intelligence Bureau department issued a notification PDF on the Ministry of Home Affairs official website.
According to the notification a total number of 1671 posts are out for the position of MTS and Intelligence Bureau Security Assistant.
Vacancy Details
- 1,521 posts available for Security Assistant and Executive.
- 150 posts available for Multi- Tasking Staff (MTS).
Check the Selection Process
1. Candidates have to clear the preliminary exam that is Tier 1 (objective paper).
2. Written (Descriptive paper)
3. Local language test (for IB Security Assistant only).
4. Documents verification and then will qualify for interview round.
5. Medical Exam.
Age Limit
- For SA / Executive 27 years and MTS – 18- 25 years.
Application Fee
Recruitment 2023 Application Fee for:
1. General / OBC / EWS is Rs 500.
2. SC / ST / PWD / Female is Rs 50.
3. Payment has to made via online mode.
The Recruitment 2023 online form started today i.e. 21st January. And it is required to fill the exam form before the deadline that is 10th February’2023.

Educational Qualification
- Candidates should have completed their 10th class or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Possession of domicile certificate of the state against which the Applicants have applied.
- Knowledge of Local language.
Salary Distribution
- SA / Executive will receive salary of Rs 21700 – 69100 (level 3).
- MTS qualified candidates will receive salary of Rs 18,000- 56,900 (level 1).
