How to Check FASTag Balance
You can check your Balance in your FASTag account through these modes : Online, Mobile application, SMS and Customer care helpline. As there are 13 banks that are linked to the NHAI FASTag.

- Check FAS Tag Balance Through Website
- You need to visit the website of your issuer agency / bank/ mobile wallet.
- With your login credentials log into the FASTag portal.
- Now you see your balance details.
2. Check FASTag Balance Through SMS
You get SMS each time whenever a deduction has been made from account. Get your details regarding your account balance, recharge confirmation, toll payments, and notification on low balance.
3. Check FASTag Balance Through Mobile application
Your Mobile application is linked to the NHAI Prepaid Wallet.
- First you need to download “My FASTag App”.
- Then enter your log in details.
- Check your balance.
