Fierce Earth Tremors in Delhi, Adjoining Areas after 6.3 Degree Earth Quake in Nepal

Fierce earth tremors were noticed in Delhi neighboring towns around 2am today a 6.3 degree earthquake hit in Nepal, appealing many to dash out of their houses in the middle of the night.

The Fierce tremors continued till 10 seconds and were informed from Noida and Gurugram as well. The bottom of the earthquake is around 10 km, as stated by the National Center for Seismology.

The center tweeted “Earthquake of Magnitude: 6.3, took place on 9 November 2022, 01:57:24 IST, Lat: 29.24 & long: 81.06, Depth: 10 km, Location: Nepal.

This was the second earthquake to struck Nepal in about Five hours. The previous earthquake, degree 4.9, was proclaimed in Nepal at 8: 52 pm on Wednesday. The trembling felt in Delhi were so fierce, that people went out of their house for safety and security. In less than half an hour of the earth tremor more than 20,000 tweets started showing trending on Twitter.

Many people tweeted saying they have never experienced this fierce and powerful earthquake before. Although there have been no instantaneous information of any loss to being or destruction to any property.

6 Killed in House Subsidence After Earthquake Struck Nepal

At least six people were died and many people bruised as three tremors in the last 24 hours provoked earth slip or landslip in different part of Doti district, as per provided information fierce tremors were felt in Delhi and the NCR areas rousing people out of their house sleep at 1:57: 24 am. Two earth tremors and a convulsion. The first earth tremor of degree 4.9 struck Nepal at around 8.52 pm and the second earth tremor of 6.3 degree hit Nepal at around 1:57 am.

The trembling of earth can be felt strongly in Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and the National Capital. The epicenter of the last earth tremor was 90 km East- Southeast of Pithoragarh in Uttarakhand.
