Driving License New Rules – Driving Test not needed for Driving License, Check new Rules and Complete Process

Driving License New Rules: Central Government introduced the new rules for driving license, now one doesn’t need to give driving test by visiting Regional Transport Office or Road Transport Office (RTO).

These new rules have been apprised by the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, let us inform you that these rules have also come into Force.

Must Visit Driving School and Take Training

Now one doesn’t need to wait for the test in RTO to take driving license. One can get oneself registered for driving license in any acknowledged driving training school.

Firstly, one needs to take training from Driving Training School and pass the test there, after this a certificate will be given to the candidates by the same school. Now based on this certificate, candidates driving license will be issued.

Know these New Rules and Guidelines

There are also some instructions and conditions introduced by the Ministry of Road and Transport concerning Training Academies. Which includes the area of training centres to the education of the trainer.

Here check what you should know regarding Government New Rules-

1. The certified agency will make sure that the training academies for 2 wheeler, 3 wheeler and light motor vehicles have no less that once acre of land property, for the medium and heavy vehicles, centers must need to have at least two acres of land.

2. The Trainer must have passed at least 12th class and should have no less than 5 years of driving experience, should have the Knowledge of traffic rules.

3. The Ministry has also recommended a teaching programme. For driving light vehicles, the time period of the curriculum will be maximum four weeks lasting up to twenty-nine hours. The syllabus in two parts – Theory and Practical.

4. People will have to spend a maximum of 21 hours in studying to drive on roads, village roads, highways, parking and reversing, city roads, uphill and downhill driving and so forth. The theory part will cover 8 hours of the whole course and it will include knowledge of road protocol, road rage, traffic awareness, understanding the causes of accidents, emergency treatment and driving Fuel- saving.
