Central government pensioners must have to submit their Jeevan Pramaan or can say annual certificate to the Pension Distributing Agency (PDA) every single year that keeps illustrating the pension. The certificate become very crucial and essential thing as it is corroboration of one’s presence.

- A pension can either submit their life certificate by reaching the Pension Distributing Agencies like Post offices, banks and state or UT government place of work or can also select the choice to proffer it digitally.
- If the pensioners do not want to physically present before the PDA, they can proffer the life certificate signed and checked by any delegated official in the stipulated configuration and pattern.
- As stated in the Scheme Booklet introduced by the Central Pension Accounting Office (CPAO), such pensioners are not liable to physically present before the PDA.
- Pensioners can also choose the Jeevan Pramaan Portal to proffer their life certificates online.
To proceed this, pensioners need to install the Jeevan Pramaan application and give biometrics captured through UIDAI- assigned tools.
The UIDAI manages a list of each tool acceptable to track or write down a person’s biometrics for Jeevan Pramaan digital certificate.
