Although, the Bombay High Court, refused to grant any relief. The court said that if any orders are passed this time directing deferment of January exams, the same may have affect the upcoming exams also. The remarkable situation don’t appear to exist for preventing respondents from postponing January exam.
Lakhs of Aspirants must have been preparing for the exam, then there is no bar on appearing in April, however if a student is not satisfied with his marks, then he or she can give the exam again in April for improving the marks only, the Additional solicitor General Anil Singh said.
