Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) under the Ministry of Defense has issued a notification for Job vacancies for recruiting to the post of Project and Trainee Engineer- I informing the total vacancy of 198.
Eligible and Keen applicants can apply on or before 29th November 2022. The Education qualification of the candidates must have attended full time (4 year) BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) from a recognized institute or university in the mentioned disciplines- Electronics and Communication or Telecommunication.
The applicants also should be qualified in minimum percentage of marks in BE/ B.Tech for General / EWS/ OBC – 55% & above and for SC/ST/PWBD: Pass class.
Age Restriction
- Project Engineer I – 32 years
- Trainee Engineer I – 28 years
Also note the upper age limit will be relaxable for SC/ST and dates by 5 years on the other hand for OBC candidates by 3 years and PWD applicants by 10 years.

Salary Structure
- Project Engineer – I : 1 st year – Rs 40,000 and after competing maximum tenure of 4 years they will get cash in hand salary of Rs 55,000.
- Trainee Engineer – I : 1 st year – Rs 30,000 and after competing maximum tenure of 3 years they will get cash in hand salary of Rs 40,000.
Selection Process
The selection will be done through a Written Test for shortlisted candidates, also applicants has to face an interview after qualifying the written test in the ratio of 1:5 to come in the merit list.
Application Fee
- Candidates applying for the posts of Project Engineer- I – Rs 400/- whereas for the posts of Trainee Engineer- I – Rs 150/- only.
- Candidates can remit the fee through SBI collect or Branch through online mode.
After meeting all the criteria applicants need to submit the application with the attached documents of 10 th standard marks sheet and (as proof of date of birth), B.E/ B.Tech. Degree certificate, Final consolidated marks sheets etc. in the form of affix to this notice and send the applications through post on or before 29 November, 2022.
