Vivo, a Chinese smartphone manufacturer, has launched its latest models, the Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro, in India. These new successors to the Vivo V27 lineup feature a curved AMOLED display. The Vivo V29 and V29 Pro have similar dimensions and designs, but the main differences lie in their chipsets and camera setups.

The V29 Pro will be available for pre-order later today and will go on sale on October 10th. The V29 will be on sale from October 17th. Both phones will be available for purchase on the Vivo website, Flipkart, Reliance Digital, and offline stores.

Both have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout for the front-facing camera. The V29 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor with Adreno GPU, while the V29 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. V29 comes in 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB storage variants, while the V29 Pro is available in 8GB/256GB and 12GB/256GB versions. Both models run on Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13.
The V29 has a triple-lens rear camera system with a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultrawide sensor, and a 2MP monochrome sensor. It also has a 50MP front-facing camera. The V29 Pro has the same 50MP main sensor with OIS, but it also has a 12MP portrait sensor and an 8MP ultrawide sensor.
