In Republic Day Sale, free cards will be available from 26th January. If you purchase this card on normal days other than sale, then the amount of Rs 100 has to be paid for it.
Now let us check on which day metro customers will get this card for Free of cost. As per the information Noida Metro (NMRC) has announced to provide free card to the passengers of Metro beginning from Republic day (26th January), the scheme will be available for the next 10 days.

What you need to know?
- As you know the date of commencement of the scheme that is 26th January. However, passengers will get to avail this scheme till 4th February.
- Noida Metro has installed Vending machines on the Aqua line to control the throng of passengers.
- To purchase the card, pay via UPI, as you can’t get the option to do transactions via cash.
- Also there should be a minimum balance in your card. Earlier this limit was Rs 10, and now has been raised to Rs 50.
- The Aqua line of Noida Metro has a total number of 21 stations that joins up to Greater Noida.
- Noida metro station is the 11th metro station built in the Nation and the 2 nd in UP. Also this is the 6th largest route in India. The trail run for the station was begun in August 2018.
- It was inaugurated on 25th January, 2019 by current CM of UP Yogi Adityanath.
- Sector 51 is the 1 st metro station on Aqua line station.
