Apply For This Scheme
- Visit official website- @healthid.ndhm.gov.in
- On the home page, you need to click on the link of create Health ID.
- You can generate either from Aadhar Card or via mobile number.
- Then fill the number of your Aadhar Card or your mobile number whatever you selected earlier.
- Now OTP will be sent on your mobile.
- Then fill the OTP in the OTP box.
- After this the form will open, in which you need to fill it.
- Then click on submit button.
Your Health ID will be generated.
