State Bank of India (SBI) has announced a total of 5008 posts of Junior Associates (JA) in Clerical Cadre in its branches located in various circles located across the country.
The application process for the recruitment has started from Wednesday, September 7. Interested and eligible candidates can download SBI clerk notification 2022 from the link provided on the official website of the bank, www.sbi.co.in
How to apply
To apply SBI Clerk Recruitment 2022:
- Candidates have to first register on the application page and then submit their application by logging in through the registered details. During the application candidates will have to pay the fee of Rs 750 through online means. However, there is complete relaxation in the application Fee for SC, ST and PWP candidates.
Eligibility Criteria
According to the notification released for recruitment to the posts of Junior Association of Clerical Cadre in State Bank of India, candidates should have done graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or any other higher education institution.
Age Limit
Also, the age of the candidates should not be less than 20 years and not more than 28 years as on 1st August 2022.This means that the candidates must have been born not later than 1st August 2022 and not earlier than 2nd August 1994.
However, candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC, etc) will be given relaxation in the upper age limit as per the rules of the Central Government.
Selection Process
The first stage is the prelims exam which is qualifying in nature. It means you just have to clear the cut off in the first stage whose marks are not added in the Final merit list. Second stage is the mains exam consisting of objective question and the third stage is Test of specified opted local language.
Candidates need to qualify each and every stage of selection process in order to be selected.
