A new rule has been made regarding Miss Universe under which now married women can also take part in the competition. But this rule will be applicable from the 72 nd edition of Miss Universe. According to the old rules, only unmarried women of 18 to 28 years of age could participate in the competition. Now the age limit is there but if you are married or also a mother, still you will be eligible for this beauty pageant.
